			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When we opened in March, 2006, we decided on an Italian theme as there were no Italian Restaurants in the area at the time.</p>
<p>We started with a fixed menu of pastas and Italian style dishes with a few whiteboard offerings. Soon, everyone was ordering from the whiteboard! Since that time, we’ve kept the pastas, but our whiteboard menu style has evolved into what would better be called “Modern Australian”.</p>
<p>From April, 2010, we decided to make some more big changes. We introduced a gourmet pizza range to meet the requests of many of our regulars and because our degustation menus were so popular, we went one better and started our “small plates” menu in place of entrees and mains.</p>
<p>Now you can order anything from the menu, from $5 &#8211; $17, giving you the option to try lots of different dishes from Le Ping’s varied and delicious repertoire.</p>
<p>Plus, with the introduction of a licence in November, 2009, we can offer a great selection of wines (by the glass as well), beers, spirits and liqueurs to accompany your meal.</p>
<p>If there’s a dish you’ve loved in the past, let us know and we’ll try and put it on our small plates menu.</p>
